Edith Gadd Robertson passed away on December 20, 2024. She was 82.

Edith was born on December 18, 1942 in Baltimore, MD to Harry Collins Gadd and Frances Pauline (neé Irwin) Gadd. She grew up in Pasadena, MD with her twelve brothers and sisters. She graduated from Glen Burnie High School and in 1969 she married the love of her life, James Robertson. Once married, they settled in Linthicum, where they raised their family.  Later in life they moved to Glen Burnie, MD.

She worked at North Arundel Hospital, and later as a police dispatcher for the Anne Arundel County Police department. She enjoyed reading, doing crafts, traveling, and most of all spending time with her family.

She is survived by her husband of 55 years, James Robertson of Glen Burnie, MD; her daughters Tammy Galligan (Mike) of Glen Burnie, MD and Tara Fontz (Butch) of Millersville, MD; her son Sam Robertson (Julie) of Severna Park, MD; her thirteen grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday January 4, 2024 at 2pm at Christ Lutheran Church, 8249 Jumpers Hole Rd Millersville MD, 21108, with interment later at the Maryland Veterans Cemetery, 1122 Sunrise Beach Rd Crownsville MD, 21032.
