A retired devoted Education Specialist, guidance counselor, teacher and passionate advocate for youth in Rockdale County, GA and Prince George's County, MD, ended her struggle with complications from Alzheimer's Disease Oct. 29 at the Marley Neck Health and Rehabilitation Center in Glen Burnie, MD.

Born in Brooklyn, NY Sept 19, 1950 and raised in Wantaugh, NY where she attended Queen of the Rosary Academy from elementary through high school. She moved to Georgia in the late 70's where she received her EdS degree from Georgia State University in Aug 1987.


Survivors include her devoted husband Kent B. Bugg, loving sisters Jane Nastro, Elizabeth Kirmss, Ann Frohder and Patrica Leto as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.

Friends may visit on Sunday November 4, 2012 from 2-4 & 6-8:00pm at the Barranco & Sons,P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home 495 Ritchie Highway Severna Park, MD 21146. A Mass will be Celebrated on Monday November 5, 2012 at 10:00am in the St. John Evangelist Roman Catholic Church 689 Ritchie Highway Severna Park, MD 21146. Interment will be private.
