Doris Marion Zimmerman, 86, a resident of Severna Park for 67 years, died on February 03, 2009, at Heritage Harbour Health and Rehab Center in Annapolis, MD, due to natural causes.
She was born February 28, 1922 in Baltimore, MD, and raised in Baltimore County.
She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Zimmerman was a member of Woods Memorial Presbyterian Church in Severna Park. She loved gardening and taking care of her family.
She was preceded in death by her son, William Page Zimmerman, III and her husband, William Page Zimmerman, Jr., whom she married in January of 1942.
Survivors include her two sons, William P. Zimmerman, IV of Severna Park and Scott Zimmerman of Easton, MD; one granddaughter, Erin R. Moss of Chicago, IL; and one brother, William Long of Westminster, MD.
There will be a Funeral Service on Tuesday, February 10, 2009 at 12:00 pm at Woods Memorial Presbyterian Church, 611 B & A Blvd. in Severna Park. Interment will follow in Lorraine Park Cemetery in Baltimore, MD.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Woods Memorial Presbyterian Church, 611 B & A Blvd, Severna Park, MD 21146.
