Doris E. Buchanan Skinner Williamson, 95, of Severna Park, died at 7:33 pm on December 26, 2015 at Anne Arundel Medical Center-Hospice Care.

She was the widow of Major Roger C. Skinner and T. Clift Williamson.
Born in Durham, North Carolina, she attended Mangum High School in Rougemont, North Carolina, graduating in May of 1938. She was a member of Severna Park United Methodist Church.

In addition to her late husbands, she was preceded in death by her late sons, Douglas L. Skinner and Roger C. Skinner, who passed away in 1992. Surviving is her daughter, Jeanne Skinner Russell; five grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren.

A Visitation will be on Tuesday, January 5, 2016 from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm at the Severna Park United Methodist Church, 731 Benfield Road, Severna Park, MD 21146, with a Funeral Service to begin at 12:00 pm, promptly following the visitation. Interment will be at a later date in Arlington National Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest by her late husband, Major Roger C. Skinner. Major Skinner retired with more than 20 years of active service in the Army. He had been serving as Headquarters Detachment Commander of the Student Battalion at Fort Holabird in Baltimore.

The Rev. Ron Foster, Pastor of Severna Park United Methodist Church will conduct the service Tuesday. Pallbearers will be her grandchildren, Jim Russell, David Russell and David Skinner.
