Doris Lee Welsh, 88, a resident of Severna Park and formerly of South Baltimore and Brooklyn Park, died peacefully on December 13 at Anne Arundel Medical Center.

Doris was born March 10, 1933 in Baltimore where she attended Southern High School.

She was a homemaker for most of her life and later the owner of Over the Boardwalk, a karaoke bar in Ocean City, MD.

She is preceded in death by her husband, William Welsh.

Surviving are her son, Grant Welsh, her granddaughter, Courtney Proctor, her great-grandson, Everett Proctor, honorary daughter Leanne Nebinger, honorary grandson William Nebinger-Tobin, and her beloved dog Alice Cooper.
