Doris Fleishman, 92, a resident of Arnold for 43 years and formerly of Brooklyn Park, died of natural causes Sept. 7 at The Annapolitan Nursing Center after a lengthy illness.

Mrs. Fleishman was born Jan. 16, 1915, in Baltimore, where she attended Southern High School.

She worked as a hairstylist and was the owner and operator of Doris's Beauty Nook on Crain Highway and Doris's Carousel on Quarterfield Road.

Surviving are her husband, Frank "Bud" Fleishman, whom she married Feb. 15, 1964; one daughter, Doris Lee Welsh of Severna Park; one grandson; and one great-granddaughter. She was the former wife of the late Grant Seward, who died in 1953.

Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow at the Barranco and Sons Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Highway in Severna Park, where funeral services will be held at noon on Monday. Burial will follow in Lorraine Park in Baltimore.
