Donald Rogers Dunker passed away on April 27, 2024, he was 98 years old.

Don was born on August 30, 1925 in Baltimore, MD to David Briggs Dunker and Dorothy (née Rogers) Dunker. He grew up in Glen Burnie and attended Glen Burnie High School and the University of Maryland. He worked in the Prince George's County Department of Public Works as Deputy Administrator. He enjoyed playing tennis and sailing.

Don is survived by his stepdaughters Jennifer B. Lucas of Ellicott City, MD, and Wendy Tatter of St. Augustine, FL; his niece Patricia Laramie of Novi, MI; his nephew David Strack of West Edmeston, NY; and his grandchildren Valerie Lucas of Monkton, MD, Natalie Lucas of Wellington, New Zealand, Jordan Tatter of St. Augustine, FL, Emmett Tatter of St. Augustine, FL, and Zachary Tatter of St. Augustine, FL. He was preceded in death by his wife, Doris B. Dunker.
