Dianne G. Thompson (nee Ogelsby), 77, a resident of Baltimore, passed away on December 2, 2024, at Accentcare Hospice at Franklin Square, after a brief illness.

She was born on September 12, 1947 in Baltimore to Robert and Janice Ogelsby.

Dianne graduated from Eastern High School. She was a homemaker and later worked as Administrative Assistant to the Dean at Towson State University.

She loved her dogs and enjoyed cooking.

Dianne was preceded in death by her husband, David G. Thompson, Sr. who died on August 27, 1998 and her son, Matthew Allen Thompson who died on December 9, 2021.

She is survived by her sons, David G. Thompson, Jr. of Lake Worth, Florida and Mark A. Thompson of Wilmington, NC; her daughter-in-laws, Stephanie Marie Thompson and Denise Lynn Thompson, four grandchildren, Matthew Allen Thompson, Jr., Aubrey Noelle Thompson, Danielle Nicole Ogle, Jennifer Lynn Godet and several great-grandchildren.  Dianne is also survived by her brother, Thomas Ogelsby of Middle River, MD.

Family and friends may visit on Monday, December 9th from 6-8pm at Barranco Severna Park Funeral Home & Cremation Care, P.A., 495 Ritchie Highway, Severna Park.   A Cemetery Service will be held at Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens, 200 E. Padonia Road, Timonium on Tuesday, December 10th at 10am.
