Diana Elizabeth Welborn, 78, of Annapolis, MD, passed away on January 12, 2026, at Anne Arundel Medical Center. She was born on November 20, 1947, in Baltimore, MD, to Harvey Leroy Boswell and Elizabeth Virginia Harnsberger (née).

She grew up in Glen Burnie, MD, and graduated from Glen Burnie High School. Diana went on to have a successful 60-year career in the Baltimore paper industry. She worked for Dixie Pulp & Paper for 21 years and Chesapeake Paperboard for 39 years.

Diana loved spending time with her family, especially her son, daughter-in-law and her grandchildren. One of her greatest joys was baking and shopping with her granddaughter. A true Marylander, Diana enjoyed steamed crabs with her family every summer.
