Diana Sorese
Diana L. "Dee" Sorese, 55, of Severna Park, died May 5 at Anne Arundel Medical Center of complications from injuries suffered in a fall after a two-day illness.
Born Dec. 9, 1950, in Corbin, Ky., Mrs. Sorese was reared in Severn. She worked for the National Security Agency for more than 30 years and had resided in Annapolis, Laurel, Taiwan and Japan.
She earned a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Maryland.
Surviving are her husband, Leonard J. Sorese; one stepdaughter, Renee E. Sorese-Gelinas of Toronto, Ontario, Canada; and one grandson.
Memorial services will be held at 4 p.m. Monday at Barranco and Sons Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Highway. Burial is private.
