Devin Garrek King (20) of Pasadena Maryland, went to be with his Lord Jesus Christ on October 26, 2016. He was born on April 25, 1996 at St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, MD and was currently a student at Anne Arundel Community College with honors and had early acceptance to attend the University of Maryland Baltimore County. He graduated with honors from Severna Park High School in 2013.

Devin King was a young man with a big heart. He was a great son and a wonderful brother. He was a very special friend to many and touched many lives. He was there when his friends needed him whether they knew it or not and he was very loyal. He was the type of person that wore his emotions on his sleeve and when you were with him he would make you laugh, make you think, make you smile, and maybe even make you mad, he would make you experience all of his uninhibited energy that told you that you were alive. Devin was always a kind and generous person, who during his life, had reached out to many different people, offering a helping hand, a listening ear or positive words. He had big plans for his future which included traveling the world with a desire to change it for the better.

Devin is survived by loving parents, Benjamin Garrek King and DeeAnn Lenore King, his sister, Brianna Makayla King, his grandmother, Doreen Lenore Donald, and his uncle, Darrell Charles Lee Donald.

Friends may visit on Friday November 4, 2016 from 2-4 & 6-8:00pm in the Barranco & Sons,P.A Severna Park Funeral Home 495 Ritchie Hwy. Severna Park, MD 21146. Services will be held on Saturday November 5, 2016 at 10:00am in the Funeral Home chapel. Interment in the Glen Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
