Delbert Eugene Evans, 78, retired Naval Commander passed away at his home on January 13, 2017. He is survived by two sisters; Barbara Bohlman (Bob) of College Place, WA and Diane Garrity of Mt. Pleasant, NC, one niece; Joyce Williams of Bremerton, WA, and two nephews; Greg Bohlman of Waitsburg, WA and Jeff Bohlman of Spokane, WA. All services will be private. Interment will take place at Washington National Cemetery.
