Dawn M. Shiflet, 45, a resident of Severna Park for 16 years, died of heart failure Nov. 15 at Baltimore Washington Medical Center in Glen Burnie.
Born April 1, 1961, in Baltimore, and the daughter of Roy T. Shiflet of Arnold and the late Emily A. Toskov Shiflet, Miss Shiflet was reared in Arnold and attended Anne Arundel County special schools.
She worked for the Providence Center in Arnold and loved music.
In addition to her father, surviving are her stepmother, Joan M. Shiflet of Arnold; and one sister, Kimberly J. Eubanks of Arnold.
Services and burial are private. Arrangements are by Barranco and Sons Severna Park Funeral Home.
