David Alan Wiseman, age 65, a resident of Edgewater, Maryland died June 16th at MedStar Washington Hospital Center following complications from pneumonia.

David was born on December 20, 1960 in Annapolis, Maryland and is preceded in death by his father and mother, Lawrence J. Wiseman and Anna Marie Wiseman. David was raised on a family farm in Arnold. He attended the Carver School for the Deaf and graduated from M.S.S.D (Model Secondary School for the Deaf). David moved to and has resided in Edgewater since 1988.

David was employed with the State of Maryland District Courts and worked part-time at the Maryland Pennysaver. He enjoyed gardening, traveling and spending time with his family and friends. David especially enjoyed his trips to Ocean City and Fenwick Island, as well as his travels to Key West, Florida.

He is survived by his two brothers; Joseph Wiseman and James Wiseman, his two aunts; Leona Kutsner and Donna Boyko, and two beautiful nieces.

Family and friends may visit on Friday, June 26, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Barranco Severna Park Funeral Home & Cremation Care, P.A., 495 Ritchie Highway, Severna Park, MD 21146, with a funeral service to follow at 12:00 p.m. in the funeral home.

Interment will follow at Meadowridge Memorial Park in Elkridge, MD.
