Mark Gray, age 73, died peacefully January 23, 2023 at his home in Severna Park, Maryland after a lengthy illness.

Mark was born on October 12, 1949 in Baltimore, Maryland to Woody and Edith Gray. He graduated from Cardinal Gibbons in 1967. Mark spent the first 25 years of his professional life working for the Marriott Corporation in the food industry. After retiring from Marriott he changed careers, selling
cars for Koons Toyota. There he was able to combine his fondness for cars with his love for making a great deal. He retired from Koons Toyota in 2015.

Mark was an avid fisherman who enjoyed anytime he could be outside. Often, friends and neighbors would see Mark sitting on his porch watching birds and squirrels. And more times than not they'd stop to chat with him. Mark is known for his gift of gab whether he was giving someone advice or making them laugh with his quick wit.

Mark is survived by his wife Fran whom he was married to for 51 years, 2 children (Jennifer and Sean), and three grandchildren (Kaitlyn, Marshall, and Tag) as well as many other family members and friends.

A celebration of life will be held later this spring. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Finish Sarcoma.
