David DeBell, 76, a long time resident of Severna Park, MD died suddenly on April 6, 2009, at home, due to a cardiac arrest. He was born September 5, 1932 in Amityville, NY. Mr. DeBell was an Advisory Engineer for Northrop Grumman for 25 years.
His interests were Bible Study and teaching and preaching Jesus.
He is survived by his wife, Penny DeBell; children, Tom and Terry; and sister, Jean DeBell-O'Neal. He was also the uncle of Kristine, Georgine, Bill, Daniel, Melinda and Melissa.

Family and friends may visit on Thursday, April 9 from 7-9 pm and on Friday, April 10 from 6-7:30 pm at Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Gov. Ritchie Highway in Severna Park. A Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home on Friday, April 10 at 7:30 pm. Interment will be on Monday, April 13 at 1:00 pm in MD Veterans Cemetery in Crownsville, MD.
