Darrell Edward Ratliff Sr, 66, of Pasadena, MD passed away on July 29, 2022.

Darrell Edward Ratliff SR was born in Pike County, KY to Virginia Hicks and Harvey Ratliff on November 22, 1955. He was raised in Pasadena, MD. He was later employed by Reliable Contracting as a heavy equipment mechanic.

Darrell was a member of Anchor Baptist Church. He loved flea markets, Orioles baseball, Ravens football, eating crabs, talking to and visiting with loved ones.

Darrell was preceded in death by his loving wife Barbara Ratliff on June 3, 2018. Also, his brothers Harvey Rusell Ratliff, William Oliver Ratliff, Clarence Cleveland Ratliff and his sisters Arlet G. May, Ann Delores Campdell.

He is survived by; his sons DJ Ratliff and his wife Kalyn Schneider-Ratliff, Felix Grzymala, his sisters Marcie Lipps and her husband Bill, Joan Neisser and her husband Eddie, Barbara Thompson, Goldie Royston, his brother Joe Ratliff, and his granddaughter Izabella Grzymala.

Family and friends may visit on Wednesday, August 10, 2022 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm. The visitation will be held at Barranco and Sons P.A. Severna Park, Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Highway, Severna Park, MD 21146. A funeral service will be held Thursday, August 11, 2022 at 9:30am at Anchor Baptist Church, 320 W Pasadena Rd, Millersville, MD 21108. The interment will follow at Glen Haven Memorial Park, 7231 Ritchie Hwy, Glen Burnie, MD 21061.
