Daniel Milord
A Mass of Christian burial for Daniel Michael "Dan" Milord, 21, of Severna Park, will be offered at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Severna Park.
Visitation will be from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow at Barranco and Sons Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Highway.
Mr. Milord died at the scene of an automobile accident May 5 on Veterans Highway in Millersville.
Born July 15, 1982, in Annapolis, he was raised in Severna Park where he attended St. John the Evangelist Elementary School. He graduated from Mount St. Joseph High School in Baltimore in 2000 and attended Anne Arundel Community College.
He was a waiter at Jasper's restaurant in Crofton for the past two years and at Hella's restaurant in Millersville for the past month.
His interests included music.
Surviving are his parents, Frances S. Milord of Crofton and Michael Milord of Severna Park; one sister, Michelle Milord of Crofton; and his grandparents, Lois and Mervin Shoaf of Uniontown, Pa.
Burial will be private. Memorial contributions may be made to St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 689 Ritchie Highway, Severna Park, MD 21146, or the American Cancer Society, Mid-Atlantic Division, Inc. 1041 Route 3 North, Building A, Gambrills MD 21054.
