Cynthia Clarridge Handelsman on February 8, 2015 died in her home in Severna Park, Maryland . Born in 1935 in Nashua, New Hampshire, She attended Stoneleigh – Burnham School, Centenary College and Forsythe School for Dental Hygienists (Tufts University).
She was a Dental Hygienist both in Massachusetts and Maryland. A volunteer with Meals on Wheels for St. Martins Lutheran Church Annapolis, Maryland and was a director of the Bowie/Crofton Bridge Club and belonged to several other clubs.
Survivors include her husband of 55 years , M. Gene Handelsman of Severna Park, Maryland daughters Jane Handelsman of Berwyn Heights , MD and Sally Ann H. McCarthy (Barry) of Winchester, MA, brother Duane Ramsdell Clarridge of Lansdowne , VA and granddaughter Lily Marlane McCarthy of Winchester, MA.
Interment will be at Arlington National Cemetery. Future information regarding a memorial gathering will be made. Continue to check back to the Barranco and Sons Funeral Home website.
