Craig M. Gomez, 58, a resident of Annapolis, died on May 13, 2013, at his home.

He was born on May 26, 1954 in Albuquerque, NM, and grew up around Andrews Air Force Base and later was raised in Cape St. Claire. Craig graduated from University of Maryland and worked as an electrical engineer for Ciena Corporation.
He was an accomplished musician, playing the guitar, and he loved to sail and was a family man.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Gloria A. Gomez, who died August 21, 2012.

He is survived by his father, Col. Raymond V. Gomez, USAF Ret. of Annapolis, MD, his daughters, Marisa Ann Gomez of Sterling, VA and Carina L. Gomez of Delaware; and his brother, Keith J. Gomez of Alexandria, VA.

There will be a Graveside service held on Friday May 17, 2013 at 10:30am at the Lakemont Memorial Gardens Cemetery Rte 214 Central Ave. P.O Box 155 Davidsonville, MD. 21035.
