Clarice M. Schmidt Reechel, 87, of Arnold, died of Parkinson's disease Feb. 4 at her home after a lengthy illness.
Born July 24, 1918, and reared in Owings Mills in Baltimore County, Mrs. Reechel also lived in Rock Hall on the Eastern Shore. She was a homemaker who enjoyed cooking and taking care of her family.
She was married to Harry W. Reechel for 64 years before his death on Oct. 10, 2005.
Surviving are four daughters, Muriel McCoy of Severna Park, Bonnie L. Seidelmann of Port St. Lucie, Fla., Sharon Daniels of Sacramento, Calif., and Lorraine Alt of Arnold; one sister, Grace Seery of Annapolis; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation is from 10 a.m. to noon Friday at Barranco and Sons Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Highway, where services will follow at noon. Burial will be in Glen Haven Memorial Park in Glen Burnie. Online condolences may be made to www.barrancofuneralhome.com.
