Clarence R. Moore, 90, of Severna Park, died of natural causes Dec. 1 at Baltimore Washington Medical Center.

Born Oct. 6, 1915, and reared in Curtis Bay, Mr. Moore served in the Navy during World War II. He worked as a truck driver for Union Local 557.

He was a member of the American Legion, the Moose and the Lake Shore Democratic Club who also enjoyed gardening and craftmanship around the house.

In 1953 he married Lillie Bell Mcintyre who died Sept. 20, 2005.

Surviving are two sons, Clarence Moore Jr. of Cambridge and Joseph Moore of Finksburg; two stepdaughters, Shirley Vleeschower of Pasadena and Earline Sears of Glen Burnie; one brother, Walter Moore of Arnold; 13 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and 10 great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation is from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Barranco and Sons Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Highway, where services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in Maryland Veterans Cemetery in Crownsville. Online condolences may be made to www.barrancofuneralhome.com
