Charlotte Fix
Charlotte Rachel Fix, 91, a longtime resident of Severna Park, died of heart failure April 13 at Baltimore Washington Medical Center in Glen Burnie after a brief illness.
Mrs. Fix was born Oct. 26, 1914, and reared in Baltimore and lived in Westminster for five years. She retired as a secretary from the Motor Vehicle Administration.
A member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the American Legion Post 175, she enjoyed bowling and gardening.
The widow of Charles D. Fix Sr., she is survived by two sons, Charles D. Fix Jr. of Severna Park and Stephen Fix of Lothian; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation is from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Barranco and Sons Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Highway, were services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in Lorraine Park, 5608 Dogwood Road, Baltimore. Online condolences may be made to www.barrancofuneralhome.com.
