Charles Dean Meadows, 81, of Severna Park, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 17, 2026. He was born on January 17, 1945, to Hiram and Margaret Meadows (neé Dodson) in Odd , West Virginia and was raised in Beckley, West Virginia.

Charles had a long and successful career as an electrician and was a member of the IBEW Local 26. In his free time, he enjoyed watching football, fishing, and boating.

Charles is survived by his wife, Gabriele M. Meadows; his five children, Charles D. Meadows, Jr. (Kristin), of Newburg, MD, Joyce C. Meadows (Kevin), of Owings, MD, Edward E. Meadows (Jessica), of Severna Park, MD, Jennifer E. Worthy (Michael), of Mechanicsville, MD, and Michael S. Meadows (Katrina), of Tulsa, OK; his 13 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren.

Our hearts are broken; we say goodbye to the most loving husband and perfect father. You deserve your rest and we will miss you always and love you forever.
