Charles "Paul" Fraser, 65, a 20 year resident of Pasadena, died peacefully in his home on Sunday, August 3, 2014 with his loving wife by his side.

Paul was born in Rochester, New York, Feb 16, 1949 to the late Charles and Mildred (nee McGrail) Fraser. He graduated High School, St. Mary's Academy, Champlain, NY and earned his Engineering degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy New York.
Paul worked for DOD, NASA and did various contract and consulting work. He was an accomplished pianist and organist; loved music, science and books, and enjoyed boating, old cars, research projects and organic gardening.

He is survived by his wife, Donna Boyko, 2 sisters, Jayne Meagher (Lionel) of Oshawa, ONT, and Adele Crossett (Bob) of Johns Island, South Carolina, sister-in-law, Leona Kutsner of Pasadena, and nieces and nephews in Ontario, Maryland and Texas, as well as many great nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. John the Evangelist Church, Severna Park, MD on Monday, August 25 at 10:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to St. John the Evangelist Church, 689 Ritchie Highway, Severna Park, MD 21146.
