Charlene Gladys Dugger, of Severna Park, passed away on April 5, 2021 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on January 4, 1952 and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. She dedicated over 45 years to her career in Environmental Services at the University of Maryland Baltimore Washington Medical Center f/k/a North Arundel Medical Center.

She was predeceased by her sister, Clare Perrone. She is survived by her loving husband, Alston Edward Dugger; her brother Ronald Darling and his wife Linda Darling; her nephew Louis III and niece Melanie Perrone; her Sister-in-laws Brenda Dugger, Glenda Reinhardt and her husband Michael, Carol Dugger and her husband John; her brother-in-laws, Louis Perrone, Gary Dugger and his wife Ginny, Michael Dugger and his wife Cheryl; her son Alston Edward Dugger III and his wife Tanya Dugger; her granddaughters, Curstie Miller, Amber Dugger, and Jordan Dugger; her grandsons, Matthew Johnson and Tyler Johnson; her great-granddaughters, Janiya Cooper and Kinsley Cooper; as well as many other relatives and friends.

A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, April 10, 2021 from 2:00pm-4:00pm and 6:00pm-8:00pm at Barranco Severna Park Funeral Home & Cremation Care, P.A. 495 Ritchie Hwy. Severna Park, MD 21146.
