Cecil F. Wells passed away on February 3, 2021. He was born to Bessie (Oliver) and Myles Wells on May 23, 1928 in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Cecil, a longtime resident of Severna Park, was an active member of Severna Park United Methodist Church.

He is survived by his grandchildren; Tammy, Jonathan, Michael, Patrick, Brandon, Justin and Kevin; and 9 great grandchildren; Meagan, Natalie, Joshua, Keira, McKenzie, Thomas, JadeLynn, Emerson and Cecil.

He was preceded in death by his wife Julia and their children, Michael, Pamela and Patricia.

A public visitation will be held on Monday, February 8, 2021, from 4pm-5pm at Barranco Severna Park Funeral Home & Cremation Care, P.A. 495 Ritchie Highway, Severna Park, MD 21146. A private funeral service, for family only, will be held following the visitation. The burial will be private.

Attendance for Visitations at the Funeral Home is limited to 40 people at any one time .  Our staff will monitor attendance and assist visitors if there is a wait to enter the funeral home.  Services at the Funeral Home are also limited to 40 people. For everyone's safety inside the Funeral Home, masks must be worn that cover both the nose and the mouth.
