Catherine Pantos, 73, of Annapolis, died suddenly in Ocean City, Maryland on September 9, 2008.

Catherine Pantos was born on Dec. 12, 1934 in Washington, D.C., where she was raised. She also lived in Prince Georges County for fifteen years prior to living in Annapolis.

Catherine Pantos was the Executive Department Administrative Assistant for the Maryland Association of Realtors, where she was also a member. In addition, Catherine was a member of the Anne Arundel County Association of Realtors, a member of the National Realtors Association, a member of St. Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church in Washington, D.C., and the Sweet Adelines "Arundel Airs" Chapter.

Catherine loved to sing, shop, travel, attend the theatre, read about history, and learn about and talk about her Greek heritage. One of her favorite hobbies was sewing. She enjoyed going to her grandchildren's events and talking about politics. Frank Sinatra was her idol.

Catherine Pantos is survived by her daughters, Pamela K. Kunz of Cambridge, MD, and Helen C. Hoffman of Annapolis, MD; her brother, Angelo Pantos of Ocean City, MD and two grandchildren, Jeremiah Kunz and Jenna Kunz.

A visitation will be held at Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home on Saturday from 9-11:00 am with a service to follow at the funeral home.
