Catherine Laco
Catherine J. Laco, 68, of Tappahannock, Va., and formerly of Glen Burnie, died unexpectedly of heart failure Jan. 19 at her home.
Mrs. Laco was born Nov. 19, 1939, in Talbot County and was raised in Annapolis. She lived for 30 years in Glen Burnie before moving to Tappahannock.
She was retired as an electronics technician after 30 years with Northrop Grumman.
A NASCAR fan, she also enjoyed sewing and flower gardening.
Survivors include her husband, Frank J. Laco Sr.; four sons, Timothy Baden of Odenton, Paul Baden of Cat Spring, Texas, Phillip Baden of Tappahannock and Frank J. Laco Jr. of Fort Myers, Fla.; one daughter, Sandra Ader of Glen Burnie; one sister, Millie King of Felton, Del.; and six grandchildren.
Family and friends may visit from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. today at Barranco and Sons Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Highway.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. tomorrow at the funeral home. Interment is in Asbury Methodist Church Cemetery.
