Catherine Virginia Bennett (Nee) McKay, a residence of Ocean City, MD passed away on September 23, 2022.

She was born on September 7, 1925 in Baltimore, MD, where she was raised, and attended Forest Park High School.  She previously lived in Pasadena, MD.

Catherine was employed with Anne Arundel County as a Head Cashier for the Tax Division.

Her hobbies and interests were puzzles, crocheting, and watching the Orioles play.

Catherine is survived by her daughter, Jeannette Harrington of Pasadena, MD; her son, Michael R. Bennett of Pasadena, MD; and six grandchildren; and seventeen great grandchildren; and one great- great grandchild.

Interment Service will be on Monday, October 3 ^rd at 1:45pm at the Maryland Veterans Cemetery Chapel in Crownsville with burial to follow.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society.
