Carole Weakley, a long-time resident of Severna Park, died October 22nd after a three year battle with ovarian cancer.
She was born in Flushing NY to the late Charles and Virginia Wilkinson.
Carole was a graduate of Mt Vernon High School in Alexandria, VA and a 1969 graduate of Roberts Wesleyan College in Rochester, NY.
She served her community as a Maryland State Social Worker for 25 years until her retirement.
Carole was known for her intelligence, grace, faithful friendship and caring for everyone who knew her. She traveled extensively and was very active in animal rescue.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 41 years, Warren Weakley, and her brother Charles W. Wilkinson of Severna Park.

Memorial services will be held at the Severna Park Evangelical Presbyterian Church located at 110 Ritchie Highway, Pasadena, MD 21122 on Wednesday October 27th at 11:30 am.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made "In Memory of Carole Weakley" to the Hospice of the Chesapeake (445 Defense Hwy Annapolis MD 21401) or for ovarian cancer research by donation to NOCC Central MD Chapter (PO Box 655 Crownsville, MD 21032).
