C. Edna Wheeler (nee Blank), 85 of Arnold, MD , was born Nov. 3, 1927 in Baltimore, MD.
After graduating from Western HS, she enjoyed being a housewife, sewing, and square dancing for 35 years. Edna was married to her loving husband Edgar T. Wheeler, Sr. (Bill) for 65 years. Bill and Edna met in the 2nd grade and became childhood sweethearts. They lived across the street from each other until Bill completed his Navy Service in 1947.
Edna is survived by 2 Sons, E. Thomas Wheeler, Jr. and his wife Linda of Ellicott City and Richard P. Wheeler of Cincinnati, OH and his wife Niki and 1 Grandson, Alek Wheeler also of Cincinnati, sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Virginia and Charles Jones of Germantown and a host of other family and friends.
Friends may visit on Tuesday March 12, 2013 from 2-4 & 6-8:00pm at the Barranco & Sons,P.A Severna Park Funeral Home 495 Ritchie Hwy. Severna Park, MD 21146. Services will be held on Wednesday March 13, 2013 at 11:00am in the funeral home chapel. Interment in Loudon Park cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Andrews by the Bay, 701 College Parkway, Annapolis MD 21409 or Hospice of the Chesapeake , 445 Defense Hwy, Annapolis, MD 21401
