C. Virginia "Ginny" Watkowski, 77, a 33 year resident of Severna Park, MD, passed away on January 15, 2016 at Anne Arundel Medical Center in Annapolis after a four month battle with heart disease.

Virginia was born on September 13th, 1938 in Elkton, MD to Guy and Dorothy McClellan, was raised in Middle River, MD and later moved to Glen Burnie, MD where she lived until 1983. She graduated from Kenwood High School in Essex, MD and later graduated from the Civil Air Patrol in 1955. For many years she enjoyed helping out at the family owned pharmacy, South River Pharmacy where she worked alongside her husband Milton. Virginia was a devoted housewife, mother, and grandmother.

Virginia is preceded in death by her parents Guy and Dorothy McClellan; her brother Jack McClellan; and in-laws Adam and Frances Watkowski.

Virginia is survived by her husband of 56 years Milton Raymond Watkowski; their five children, Michael (Carla), Timothy (Karen), Mark Watkowski, Christopher (Kristina), and Kimberly Watkowski; and six grandchildren, Christine, Matthew, Timothy Jr., Jacqueline, Kelly , and Christian.

Family and friends may visit on Wednesday, January 20th, 2016 from 3-5 pm & 7-9 pm at the Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Hwy. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, January 21th, 2016 at 10am in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at the Holy Rosary's Cemetery, 7305 German Hill Rd, Baltimore, MD 21222.
