Cassius Ronald Morse, 80, passed away peacefully in his home in Severna Park, MD on October 14, 2024. He was born on May 17, 1944 in Stitzer, WI to Cassius and Anne (nee Burroughs) Morse.

Ron was raised in Stitzer, WI and graduated from Fennimore High School in 1962. He then joined the Air Force and was honorably discharged after four years of service.  In addition to spending time with his family and grandchildren, he loved to fly his remote helicopters, ride motorcycles and go to the shooting range.  Ron was well known for his ability to fix practically anything.  He worked for over 35 years at John Deere.  Prior to moving to Severna Park, Ron and his wife, Janet, lived in Dubuque, IA, Somerville, NJ, Fallston, MD, Lake Anna, VA, and Timonium, MD.

He is survived by his three daughters, Kimberly Morse, Kelly Miller (Douglas), Kristi McNeilly (Charles); one sister, Judy Gulbrandsen (Ole); and five grandchildren, Mackenzie, Regan, & Cameron Miller and Holly & Samuel McNeilly. Ron was preceded in death by Janet (nee Morehouse), who passed away in July 2023 after 58 years of marriage.

A private family service will be held in Wisconsin at a later date.
