McArthur Brian Macey, 35, a lifelong resident of Severna Park, died on February 11, 2013, due to complications of liver transplant, at University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore.

He was born on March 26, 1977 in Baltimore and was raised in Severna Park.

Brian was a carpenter and built decks and worked for his father's tree service.

He enjoyed trap shooting, fishing, and camping in the mountains.

Brian was preceded in death by his mother, Peggy Macey.
He is survived by his wife, Jessica Macey of Severna Park; two sons, Kyle and Kody Macey , both of Severna Park; his father, McArthur Macey of Severna Park; and his sister, Brenda Muzik of Pasadena.

Family and friends may visit on Thursday, February 14, 2013 from 11:00 am-1:00 pm at Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Hwy, Severna Park, with a funeral service immediately following at 1:00 pm in the funeral home. Interment will be in Glen Haven Memorial Park in Glen Burnie.
