Braden Thomas Kangas a quiet deep- thinker, The Defender of all of us misfits and the misunderstood, always able to see the good in people and coax it from them, our brave-crazy- sensitive soul, who had a sincere curiosity over every part of life, passed away in Millersville, Maryland on September 26th, 2017 at the age of 18. Braden was born October 25, 1998 at Anne Arundel Medical Center in Annapolis to Paul and Nicola Kangas. Braden was the 2 ^nd oldest of 5 kids in the Kangas household and he graduated from OMHS in 2016. He attended A.A.C.C. this year for a short time before getting a job with Severna Park Safeway.

Braden's passions were making music, gaming and just hanging out with friends.

Braden is survived by his parents Paul and Nicola; brothers Taylor and Nicholas, sisters Hannah and Reilly; grandparents Paul and Connie Kangas, Don and Irene Jones; aunts and uncles; Kevin and Melissa Kangas, Richard Jones and Lauren Garber, Michael Kangas and Tori Asher, Stephanie and Udai Olivares, Lisa and Christopher Smieja; cousins, Logan, Jacob, Nora, Roya, Clara and a large extended family who loved him dearly.

Memorial service will be held on October 28 ^th at 4:00p.m. in the Severna Park Evangelical Presbyterian Church 110/114 Ritchie Hwy, Pasadena MD 21108.
