Bonnie Lee Roth-Anderson (nee Newhart), 78, a resident of
Severna Park, passed away suddenly on February 17, 2015, at her home.
She was born on January 26, 1937 in Northampton, PA, where she was raised, and graduated from Northampton High School in 1955. She previously lived in Glen Burnie, before residing in Severna Park.
Bonnie was a freelance artist and taught Portrait Art at Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts.
She enjoyed gardening, crafts, and feeding/watching birds. She loved her job as an artist and had a true passion for the arts.
Bonnie was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Anderson.
She is survived by her son, Scott Roth; her daughters, Robin Hays and Lynn Tarango; and two grandchildren, Bryan Hays and Laura Tarango.
Family and friends may visit on Sunday, February 22, 2015 from 1:00 pm -2:00 pm at Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Hwy, in Severna Park, with a Memorial Service to begin at 2:00 pm, after the visitation. Interment will be private.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts, 801 Chase Street, Annapolis, MD 21401.
