Betty Jean Kline died peacefully at her home Sunday, March 3rd after a lengthy illness.
She was born in Martinsburg, WV to Charles and Lucretia Cook. She moved to the Annapolis area 50 years ago. She retired after 40 years as a hairdresser. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, as well as traveling.
She is survived by her daughter, Theresa Gonzalez, her son, Michael (Shane) Kline, grandsons, Justin Henrichs, Darrell (DJ) Baumgardner, and granddaughter, Shannon Baumgardner. She also has 4 great granddaughters.
She is predeceased by her husband, James N. Kline; her son, James N. Kline, Jr; daughter, Catherine Baumgardner; and 2 brothers, Wayne and Wilber Cook.
A Memorial Visitation will be from 3:00 pm-4:00 pm on Saturday, March 9, 2013 at Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Hwy, Severna Park, MD 21146, with a Memorial Service beginning at 4:00 pm, following the visitation. Interment will be private.
