Belinda Robin "Clarke" Koellein

On September 7, 2007 Belinda Robin Koellein lost her long valiant battle with brain cancer. She died quietly in her mother's presence at the John & Arloine Mandrin Chesapeake Hospice House.

Belinda's daughter Nastassja was the love and Passion of her entire life. Her birthday wish this year was "Peace and Love" for her daughter Nastassja. With this care and devotion, she put special emphasis on Nastassja's education and always encouraged her to strive for the best. Because of this dedication of her education, Nastassja is now a student at St Timothy's School.

Her second passion in life was decorating which she did it with enthusiasm! She particularly loved to enhance her home with her decorating expertise always coming up with the "wow" factor. Additionally, she was also know for her exceptional organizational skills…everyone acknowledged that no one could organize like Belinda!

Always enjoying a good time, Belinda was the first to laugh and organize a party. She could turn a shopping trip into an all day fun adventure. Whenever anyone was around Belinda, the event was always filled with fun and laughter.

She struggled tremendously to beat her cancer and survived many, many months past the original prognosis. She truly was a fighter, a warrior and maintained her 'wicked' sense of humor until the end. Even when she could no longer verbally communicate, she could still give her 'thumbs" up sign.

Devoted mother of Nastassja A. Koellein-DeWaele; loving daughter of Henry & Barbara Koellein of Severna Park; loving sister of Donna (Clarke) Blackburn, of Edgewood, MD. Christine (Koellein) Kaufman of Glen Burnie MD. Katherine (Koellein) Wilson of Salisbury. MD. ; Loving niece to Carol Robertson, Walter Robertson, Jr., Elizabeth Robertson, George Morris, Sr. and preceded in death by Vivian Morris; dear aunt to numerous nieces, nephews, great nephews, one great niece and many caring cousins. In addition, She is also survived by many, many, devoted loyal friends. Internment private.

There will be a "Celebration of Life" gathering in Key West Florida- date undetermined.
