Barbara Ann Ratliff, 61, of Glen Burnie, MD passed away on June 3, 2018.

Barbara was born in Glen Burnie, MD to Eileen and Leonard Hester on December 8, 1956. She was raised in Severna Park, MD and attended Severna Park High School. She later was employed by Reliable Contracting as an executive assistant.

Barbara was a member of Anchor Baptist Church. She loved scrapbooking, reading, painting, watching movies, watching football (Ravens), drawing, crafts, cooking, teaching Sunday School, cartoons, coloring, and loving God!

Barbara was preceded in death by; her father, Leonard Carl Hester in November 28, 2004.

She is survived by; her loving husband of 30 years, Darrell Ratliff; her son, DJ Ratliff (Kalyn Schneider); her sister, Patty Hester; her brothers, Jimmy, Joe, and Mike Hester; her mother, Eileen Hester and many other family and friends.

Family and friends may visit on Thursday, June 7, 2018 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm and Friday, June, 8, 2018, from 2-4pm and 6-8pm. The visitation will be held at Barranco and Sons, P.A. Severna Park, Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Highway, Severna Park, MD 21146. A funeral service will be held Saturday, June 9, 2018, at 9:30am at Anchor Baptist Church, 320 W Pasadena Rd, Millersville, MD 21108. The interment will follow at Glen Haven Memorial Park, 7231 Ritchie Hwy, Glen Burnie, MD 21061.
