Barbara Cunningham

Barbara Lee Cunningham, 52, of Arnold, died April 11 at Northwest Hospital in Randallstown of complications of diabetes after a lengthy illness.

Mrs. Cunningham was born in Baltimore on Feb. 11, 1955, to Mildred R. Marshall of Arnold and the late James B. Marshall, and reared in Arnold. For the past 12 years, she was a customer service representative at the Navy Exchange.

She was a member of Severna Park Baptist Church. Her interests included crocheting, playing the guitar, listening to music, talking on and listening to the CB radio and watching the Food Network. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and her cats.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by two daughters, Rebecca Lynn Dawson of Baltimore and Aimee N. Simmons of Arnold; one sister, Judith Anne Bowden of Arbutus; and six grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. tomorrow at Severna Park Baptist Church, 506 Benfield Road. Online condolences may be made at www.barrancofuneralhome.com.
