Azure Storm Martin , 17, passed away on Thursday, August 5, 2021 after a drowning accident in Ocean City, MD.

He was born to Erinn (Ren) Elizabeth Rick (nee Kentfield) and Phillip Martin on March 30, 2004 in Elkton, MD. Azure was raised in Annapolis, MD. He attended Cape St. Claire Elementary School, Magothy Middle School, and Meade Senior High School. He was to start his senior year of high school next month. Azure had planned to join the US Air Force and go to college after graduation.

Azure was working as a retail associate at Calvin Klein at Arundel Mills Mall and was a full-time student. He loved lacrosse, wrestling, computers, computer repairs, gaming, movies (especially Marvel), music and his friends.

Azure will be deeply missed every single day by his mom, mamaw, aunts, cousins, and his many, many friends.

Azure is survived by his mother, Erinn (Ren) Rick, of Hanover, MD; grandmother, Lynne Kentfield, of Hanover, MD;  aunt, Brooke Libonate, of Glen Burnie, MD; aunt, Meagan Kentfield, of Parker, CO; cousin, Kate Massey, of Pasadena, MD; cousin, Joe Kentfield, of Dundalk, MD; cousin, Douglas Massey III, of LA; cousin, Michael Massey, of GA, grandmother Sherry Mayse Martin, of PA, half-sister Cassady Martin, of PA, and aunt Amber Black, of PA.

He was preceded in death by his loving grandfather, Martin Kentfield and his father, Phillip Martin.

Azure had an amazing spirit and love for life. He would have been deeply humbled by the outpouring of love and support shown to his mom and family at this time.
