Antoinette Emma Jones, 90, of Arnold, Maryland passed away on November 27, 2022. Antoinette was born on August 18, 1932 in Baltimore, Maryland to Anthony Gange and Mary (Rapp) Miller. Having attended accelerated schools in Baltimore City prior to her family's relocation to Anne Arundel County, Antoinette graduated from Severna Park High School.

She held a variety of positions in retail sales and marketing, including at the Cannon Shoe Company in Baltimore. After marrying Frank D. Jones, Jr. in 1954, Antoinette cherished her role as wife and mother for nearly 70 years. Antoinette was particularly known for her unique ability to devote attention to those who most needed her support, at any given time.

She was a longtime member of St. Margaret's Episcopal Church and a resident of Arnold since 1961. Antoinette traveled to all 50 states and had a special affinity for the island of Maui in Hawaii. She was also an avid dancer and reader, who prided herself on having read every book in the young adult section of the Enoch Pratt Free Library in Baltimore, prior to moving to Pasadena, Maryland.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Frank D. Jones. Jr., her brothers John H. Gange and Anthony M. Gange, and her son, Frank David Jones, Sr. She is survived by her brother, Charles Miller of Pasadena, Maryland; her children, Antoinette "Cookie" Wineholt (Ron) of Annapolis, Darrell K. Jones (Marci) of Crownsville, Donald K. Jones (Beth) of Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, Neil K. Jones (Nicky) of Boston, Massachusetts, and Linda C. Scharnhorst (Chris) of Sandy Springs, Georgia. Antoinette also had 11 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren

Family and friends may visit on Friday December 2, 2022 from 2:00pm-4:00pm & 6:00pm-8:00pm at Barranco Severna Park Funeral Home & Cremation Care, P.A. 495 Ritchie Hwy Severna Park, MD 21146. Services will be held on Saturday December 3, 2022 at 3:30pm in the funeral home chapel. Interment at Maryland Veterans Cemetery in Crownsville on Thursday, December 8th at 2:30 p.m.
