Obituary
Anne Blecki, age 89, of Sunrise Senior Living in Severna Park, Maryland passed away on Friday, July 28, 2017. She was born in Detroit, Michigan.
She was a member of P.E.O. for over 60 years and a long time member of Severna Park United Methodist Church. She loved spending time with her family and friends, and supporting her favorite sports teams.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Frances Thompson and C. Earl Thompson and two sons, Daniel Blecki and John Blecki.
She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Paul Blecki, sister Margaret Brom of Pleasant Ridge, MI; sons Thomas (Susan) of Erie, PA and James (Karen) of Punta Gorda, FL; grandchildren Bethany DeLaughter (Scott), Steven Blecki, Ashley Wells, Sara Blecki and Erin Lukas (Jan); seven great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends may visit on Wednesday, August 2, 2017 from 10am to 11am at the Severna Park United Methodist Church, 731 Benfield Rd, Severna Park, MD 21146. A Funeral Service will be held immediately following the visitation at 11am in the church chapel. Interment will be private.Memorials may be made to Severna Park United Methodist Church, Severna Park Area Network (SPAN), or to the charity of one's choice.
