Anna Marie Severn, 83, a resident of Baltimore for two years, died of Alzheimer's disease Oct. 5 at Fairfield Nursing Home in Crownsville.
Born March 31, 1922, and reared in Baltimore, Mrs. Severn formerly lived in Arnold and Annapolis. She was a factory worker for International Paper, where she retired after 25 years of service.
She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Veterans of Foreign War.
Her husband, Edward Severn, died in 1977. She was the mother of the late Virginia Lee Clark and stepmother of the late Charles Severn.
Surviving are two daughters, Anna Severn Beatty of Friendship and Frances Murphy of Mount Pleasant, S.C.; one step-son, Edward Severn of Perryman in Harford County; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. tomorrow at Barranco and Sons Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Highway. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 620 N. Bestgate Road. Burial will follow in Oaklawn Cemetery in Baltimore.
