Anna B. Gutin, 80, of Millersville, died of natural causes June 8 at her home after a lengthy illness.
Born March 11, 1925, and raised in Coalwood, W.Va., Mrs. Gutin previously lived in Frederick. She graduated from Galludet University in Washington, D.C., and earned a master's degree in special education from the University of Maryland.
She retired from teaching in Anne Arundel County schools.
Her husband, Albert Gutin, died in 1987.
Surviving are a son, Michael Gutin of Millersville; one sister, Margaret Henricks of Coalwood; and five grandchildren.
