Anna Mildred "Millie" Baughman, 90, of Severna Park, died Oct. 22 at Anne Arundel Medical Center after a lengthy illness.
The daughter of the late Milton and Edna Baughman, Ms. Baughman was born April 9, 1915, in Somerset, Pa., and graduated from Somerset High School in 1933 and the University of Maryland School of Nursing.
Ms. Baughman served during World War II as a nurse anesthetist at Valley Forge General Hospital and later at Johns Hopkins and Bon Secours hospitals.
Her interests included golf, sailing and woodcarving.
She was the sister of the late Wilma Gearhard. Surviving are her sister, Dorothy Ayers of Boothwyn, Pa., and a niece and a nephew.
No formal services are planned. Burial is private. Arrangements are by Barranco and Sons Severna Park Funeral Home.
