Ann Walter, 84, a resident of Severna Park for over 45 years, passed away on September 21, 2017.

She was born on November 17, 1932 in West Virginia, where she was raised and attended Marshall University graduating with a Bachelor's degree. Following her education she became a first grade teacher.

Ann enjoyed gardening, baking, cooking, arts and crafts.

She is survived by her husband of 54 years Donald Walter, daughter Deborah Ann Willey of Glen Burnie, brother Joseph T. Laing (Sally) of Arnold, nieces Linda Laing of Cape St. Claire and Barbara Laing of Chicago. Loving grandmother of Kory and Mary Catherine Willey.

A Memorial visitation will be held on Thursday October 5, 2017 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Hwy, in Severna Park, MD 21146.
