Ann T. Jilek, 90, of Severna Park, Maryland passed away on November 7, 2017.  She was born and raised in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Ann earned a B.S. at Queens College.  She worked at Charlotte, N.C. Presbyterian Hospital as a dietician from 1948 to 1949; then worked at Baptist Hospital from 1949 to 1950.  She was then a missionary for the Episcopal Diocese in Nenana, Alaska, St. Mark's mission from 1950 to 1952.  From there she worked for the Anne Arundel County Board of Education as a data processor from 1968 to 1994.

Ann is survived by her sons John G. Jilek (Felton, DE)(Sandy) and David P. Jilek (Severna Park, MD)(Nina); daughters Janice A. Finnerty (Crownsville, MD)(Mark) and Beth Glenn Clark (Huntsville, AL)(Gard); her sister Dorothy G. Teague (Waterloo, IA); 11 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren with two more on the way; and beloved tuxedo cat Romeo.

Family and friends may visit on Thursday November 16 from 4-5 PM at Barranco and Sons, P.A.
