Aniela Jasenska "Nellie" Babula, 86, of Baltimore, died of natural causes July 16 at North Arundel Hospital.
Mrs. Babula was born June 1, 1918, and raised in Schenectady, N.Y. A homemaker for 53 years, she enjoyed gardening and spending time with family.
Surviving are her husband, Frank M. Babula; one son, Stephen Babula of Carrollton, Texas; two daughters, Carol Roush of Millersville and Patricia Pierce of Waterford, Va.; one sister, Theresa Bundy of Clifton Park, N.Y.; one brother, Samuel Jasenska of Florida; and three grandchildren.
Services will be at 3 p.m. tomorrow at Barranco and Sons Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Highway, followed by visitation from 7 to 9 p.m. Burial will be private.
Memorial contributions may be made to the ALS Association, National Capital Area Chapter, 615 S. Frederick Ave., Gaithersburg, MD 20877.
